At our accommodation location, we accommodate up to four young people in a supported living setting. We provide:

  1. Private bedrooms with essential furniture (bed, wardrobe, lockable drawers, desk & chair)
  2. 24-hour staffing and support
  3. Short- and long-term placements based on individual readiness
  4. A structured daily routine with flexibility to reflect each young person’s needs
  5. Ongoing risk assessments and safeguarding oversight
  6. A calm, inclusive, and structured home where every voice matters

Support we offer:

We provide 24/7 support to young people who are ready to take the next step toward independence. Support includes:

  1. Education, employment, and training access
  2. Health and wellbeing support, including guidance with appointments and services
  3. Budgeting and financial management training
  4. Daily living skills (shopping, cooking, cleaning, self-care)
  5. Social development, confidence-building, and community engagement
  6. Emotional and behavioural support, including space to process past experiences
  7. Preparation for move-on accommodation and integration into the wider community

Each young person receives a bespoke support plan developed from a thorough needs assessment, regularly reviewed to ensure progress.
