The focus of our work is to provide personalised care aimed at helping people we support achieve their specific objectives and goals of their choice.

We offer tailor - made, personalised packages of support in line with each person’s needs. We carry out robust assessments before we commit to supporting individuals and make sure we are satisfied that we will be able to effectively meet their needs.

We will ensure a safe and secure environment for staff to work, which should ensure the people we support feel confident about the competency of the care/support delivered. The diversity within our team reflects the composition of the communities we deliver care to and this helps to ensure we can meet the diverse needs of the people we support.

We will take our service users’ views about our provisions and management to inform on the changes needed to develop our services. The services will be monitored regularly as part of quality assurance framework ensuring the service is run in the best interests of the people we support.

To ensure we keep the people we support safe we would have risk assessments in place, and these would be following the support plans. This may also include moving and handling risk assessment and other assessments deemed necessary.
